TEHRAN, Dec. 06 (MNA) – To develop ties with Ahvaz-based Iranian University of Shahid Chamran, a delegation from Austrian University of Leoben visited the southwestern academy.

It is necessary to develope international relations between Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and the University of Leoben, asserted Ebrahim Hajidolou Research and Technology Vice-President of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in southwest of Iran on Saturday.

The academician made the remark while receiving a delegation of Austrians from the University of Leoben.

Hajidolou affirmed that one of the factors to assess universities in Iran is the extend of scientific and international cooperation of universities.

The visit made by the Austrian delegation proves their willingness and determination to expand scientific and research ties with Shahid Chamran University, highlighted the vice-president of the Iranian university.

We intend to pave the way for having students and professors from Shahid Chamran University in our university in next year, said Prof. Dr. Peter Moser, Vice-Rector for Infrastructure and International Relations of the Austrian University.
