Following the identification of Roknabadi’s body in Mecca among the buried victims, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif issued a message to sympathize with his family over his loss.
Zarif meanwhile underlined that Iran would follow the case of every missing Iranian in Mina Tragedy sincerely.
Accordingly, Deputy FM Hossein Ami-Abdollahian, on behalf of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, attended the house of Roknabadi's family expressing condolences over his demise.
The body of Iranian diplomat is to be transported to Iran early on Friday.
