Wrapping up his one-day trip to Vienna to attend the third round of peace talks, Zarif left Austrian capital Vienna to Tehran early on Sunday.
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian who accompanied Zarif on the trip, addressed reporters by the end of the meeting.
He said all the efforts of the Iranian delegation, especially since when Foreign Minister Zarif joined the talks, focused on ceasefire in Syria as a serious issue according to a definite timetable.
Following the terrorist attacks in Paris and Beirut, Amir-Abdollahian said, the members underlined the need for fighting against terrorism in the final statement of Vienna talks on Syrian crisis.
