The Office of Coordination of Humanitarian Matters (OCHA) has warned in its report that the troops come to an excessive use of the force, and in its actions extrajudicial executions could be included.
According to the agency, most of the victims, several of them, children, took place in the West Bank, where the control panel of access and the provocations of Jewish extremists concerning the Old City of eastern Jerusalem, especially in the raised area of the Mosques, caused the clashes between the parts.
The Office added that the troops of Tel Aviv continued last month with the employment of bullets of combat to disperse protests, a position repudiated on a global scale.
Fifteen percent of the injured Palestinians suffered the impact of at least a real ammunition, 24 percent, from rubber bullets of gum and almost six of every 10 of the injured persons suffered tear gases inhalation.
In accordance with the OCHA, in October eight Israelis lost their lives and 115 were wounded during the Palestinians' attacks, many of them consistent in the use of knives against civilians.
The UN and immense most of the members of the international community attribute the prevailing violence to the long occupation of Israel and to its determination in colonizing with new establishments of the West Bank, including eastern Jerusalem Al-Quds.
Also, the organization claims sanity to the parts and asks its leaders to do all the possible things to relax the tensions, for the sake of generating the propitious stage for the comeback of the dialogue of peace.
