TEHRAN, Nov. 05 (MNA) – Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI) will attend Istanbul Book Fair, November 7-15.

The Iranian institute will present 345 book titles on religion, Iranian studies, history and art and also introduce 16 distinguished Iranian Rumi researchers.

ICFI will introduce and present works of the researchers, given Iran and Turkey’s cultural interactions particularly the role of the well-known poet Molana Jalaleddin Mohammad Rumi in conveying Persian literature to the Turkish people.

Figures such as Badi ul Zaman Forouzanfar, Abdol Hossein Zarrinkoub, Jalaleddin Homaei, Mohammad Taqi Jafari, Mohammad Este'lami, Mohammad Reza Shafiei-Kadkani, Karim Zamani, Esmat Sattarzadeh, Mohammad Ali Movahhed, Hassan Lahouti, Fereydoun Badraei, Taqi Pour-Namdarian, Seyyed Sadeq Goharin, Abuqasem Tafazzoli and Tofiq Sobhani will be introduced during the fair.

The book fair will be held at the TÜYAP Fair and Convention Center, Büyükçekmece.

The theme for this year's fair will be “Humor: Looking at Life with a Smile."  The fair prepares to host prominent foreign and Turkish writers around the theme.
