TEHRAN, Oct. 24 (MNA) – The Israeli response to Palestinian declarations Friday in several localities of the West Bank and Gaza ended with 96 young men injured.

According to Palestinian medical sources, from this total, in the Gaza Strip, 65 persons turned out to be disabled, among them four paramedics who were helping the injured people, and four cameramen. The rest of the victims are from the West Bank.

One of the injured men, who, as the others, was reached by combat bullets of shot by the Israeli soldiers, is in critical state of health, according to Palestinian agency WAFA.

Also, during the day, featured by statements and demonstrations against the Israeli occupation and the repression against the Palestinian people, the Israeli forces arrested six young people in the West Bank.

The Israeli forces have killed 54 Palestinians since October 1, according to offered numbers of the Palestinian Department of Health this Friday in a bulletin.

On the other hand, a young Palestinian died today because of the received wounds last Friday, when Israeli military men shot him in the north of the Strip of Gaza.

The demonstrators have been protesting against the attacks of the Israelis in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as for the limitation (according to the age) from the access to this place, the third most sacred of the Islam.

Before the recent increase of visits of orthodox Jews to the place (also a religious place for the Judaism called by the followers of this religion like Monte del Templo) the Palestinians are afraid that Tel Aviv tries to change the status quo of the place.

The raised area, along with extensive areas of Palestine, was captured by Israel regime during the War of Six Days, in 1967, and later was annexed by this regime in a measure, that was not recognized internationally.

At present it is administered by an Islamic foundation under the auspices of Jordan, although Israel controls the access.
