TEHRAN, Sep. 29 (MNA) – An Iranian knowledge-based company has produced a disinfectant for nanotechnology surfaces.

The growth of bacteria’s resistance to antibiotics is a major concern in the field of health; accordingly deaths caused by bacterial infections have increased. Scientific progresses and modern technologies presented silver nanoparticles as a solution.

Nano Part Khazar, in order to promote health, has produced a product, Nanonip, based on nanotechnology which is a disinfector of surfaces; it can be used in different places including hospitals, factories of food, farms and slaughterhouses.

The company’s managing director Morteza Pour Teymouri said “the great effectiveness of the product makes it an affordable solution compared to formalin-based disinfectors.”

The company also plans to use silver nanoparticles as raw materials in different industries including textiles and detergents, he added.
