TEHRAN, Sep. 21 (MNA) – Iranian deputy FM said on Sunday that Tehran sets no limits for expansion of relations with South Africa.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with visiting South African Deputy Finance Minister Mcebisi Hubert Jonas who is heading a high ranking economic delegation to Tehran.

Amir-Abdollahian reiterated that those who supported Iran during economic sanctions era will have their own status after lifting of economic sanctions and South Africa, known as cradle of Nelson Mandela, is among those countries.

The South African minister, for his part, described current relations between Iran and South Africa as very significant, and said that for the same reason he is now leading an economic delegation comprising experts in finance, insurance, banking and investments to study grounds for expansion of economic cooperation between the two sides.

Leading an economic delegation, South African deputy finance minister arrived in Tehran on Saturday for a two day visit to review expansion of economic cooperation between the two countries.
