TEHRAN, Sep. 21 (MNA) – The 7th edition of Baghdad International Film Festival (BIFF) will screen three films from Iranian filmmakers.

Tragedy directed by Azita Mogouee, Sensitive Floor directed by Kamal Tabrizi and All for Sale directed by Amir Hossein Saghafi will represent Iranian cinema at the 7th edition of Baghdad International Film Festival (BIFF) in Iraq. 

Azita Mogouee'sTragedy narrates the story of a man, living with a wife twenty years younger than him and two children in their twenties, who gets into deep trouble after injuring his hand and then causing an accident.

Written by Peyman Qasemkhani, the black comedy Sensitive Floor is the story of a man who buries his wife in a two-floor grave. However, after a while, he finds out that a man has been buried in the first floor which causes a lot of trouble.

The 7th edition of the Baghdad International Film Festival (BIFF), scheduled to take place on 1-5 October 2015 in Baghdad, Iraq will screen 84 films in the official competitions from 40 countries.

The top prize of the festival in 2014 was awarded to The Fourth Child directed by Iranian filmmaker Vahid Mousanian.
