Ali Rabiee described his Mexican counterpart Alfonso Navarrete Prida's visit to Iran as an important event in line with developing bilateral cooperation.
He underlined that signing the MoU on cooperation indicates beginning of a new chapter in cooperation between Tehran and Mexico City.
"Iran and Mexico have always had good relations with each other and transferring experiences between the two countries in the field of social supports will strengthen the cooperation," Rabiee highlighted.
Pointing to Iran's valuable experiences in the field of labor relations, work security and sanitation, social security as well as technical and vocational training, Rabiee stressed Iran has the capacity to transfer experiences to Mexican side.
Alfonso Navarrete Prida, for his part, expressed pleasure for visiting Iran and negotiation with his Iranian counterpart and added that his country considers promotion of ties with Iran very important.
He voiced his country's willingness to expand cooperation in social and economic fileds, specially through joint ventures with Tehran as well as political ties.
The two sides also agreed to form a joint committee under chairmanship of deputy ministers to follow up implementation of the MoU.
