TEHRAN, Sep. 06 (MNA) – The post-sanction economic committee of the private sector was formed with the aim of deregulation, creating database of businessmen and Iranian companies, as well as trying to attract foreign investors.

Secretary of the committee Iman Bahadorani announced the formation of post-sanction economic committee in the private sector stating that, “the main mission of the committee is to put all the tasks of the private sector for the post-sanction era into a framework and to take necessary measures in inviting foreign delegations coordinating commercial partners, providing foreigners with information, as well as preparing the country’s economy and Iranian companies for joint venture with foreigners.”

“Currently we are creating the database of Iranian businessmen and companies; accordingly, if a foreign company makes a negotiation request, the committee would be able to provide them with a list of relevant companies so that they contact several domestic companies simultaneously which facilitates joint cooperation,” said the secretary of the committee.

According to Bahadorani, the committee consists of various departments and sections, including foreign investment and deregulation, which, depending on the circumstances, will conduct meeting sessions to improve the atmosphere of business and economy.
