TEHRAN, Jul. 29 (MNA) – Iranian singer Mohammad Motamedi has set out to Tunisia to perform two live concerts in ‘Carthage’ musical festival.

Mohammad Motamedi told Mehr News that the prestigious music festival has invited him to participate in the event following his successful performances in Carthage 2014.

“Jasser Haj Youssef, one of the well-known Tunisian composers, and I are going to hold a concert on Thursday, July 30; and due to significance of the performance, it will be aired live on channel three of Tunisian TV and I am proud to be part of this musical program as the representative of our country,” Motamedi told our correspondent.

Meanwhile, he will also stage another performance with the same band 10 days after the festival. “Sina Jahan Abadi, Azad Mirzapour, Hossein Rezaee nia and Ali Rahimi are going to perform as the instrumentalists,” he added.
