Highlighting the high number of kidney transplants in Iran, he said that Iran is even far ahead of Turkey, which ranks first in scientific progress in the region.
Noting that there are more than 26 centers for kidney transplants, Einollahi said that the period that the patients need to wait for a kidney transplant is relatively low in Iran.
