Following its two first matches in world volleyball league against the United States in Los Angeles during which Iran was defeated 3-1 in both games, Iran’s volleyball men are set to compete against world champion, Poland.
The two teams will play their first game on Saturday night, Tehran time, in the European country. Iran squad led by Slobodan Kovač which left the US for Poland earlier this week, practiced their last round of exercise before Friday game in the morning.
During the exercises Kovač provided his boys with technical instructions to remove their deficiencies in two games against US to the possible extent. The team, however, still suffers exhaustion due to time lag and long distance they travelled from US to Poland.
