New Iranian Ambassador to the Ivory Coast, Mansour Shakibmehr, was appointed on Monday after being approved by President Hassan Rouhani upon a recommendation by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
Mansour Shakibmehr had already served in the Iranian Embassies in Paris and Berlin where he acquired extensive experience in his former positions.
