TEHRAN, Jan. 13 (MNA) – Iranian minister of science and head of International Neuroscience Institute of Hannover signed an agreement to establish an International research center for new medical technologies in Tehran.

IRNA reported that the agreement aims to provide a proper ground for cooperation between Iranian and foreign experts, as well as to reinforce and develop the cooperation regarding access and application of latest technologies.

The center is also intended to promote studies and research, and to train international experts in medical sciences.

The agreement was signed by Iranian Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mohammad Farhadi and Prof. Samii, one of the most outstanding international figures in the field of neurology.

The agreement stresses that the research center must be placed among world’s top centers of biomedical technologies after ten years of its establishment.
