TEHRAN, Nov. 20 (MNA) – An Iranian athlete from National Paralympic Archery Team, named Golden Lady after her success in London 2012 Paralympic Games, has been selected as one of the world's top 18 athletes in 2014 by Global Sports Development Foundation.

Global Sports Development Foundation first began to select for top athletes in June. The program seeks to identify athletes who could introduce their efforts to the world.

This Foundation seeks to have a leading role in supporting fair play for youth all around the world under the following criteria:

Teamwork: Sharing their experiences to others.

Integration: All actions in line with promoting trust, respect and unity.

Sport code of behavior: The importance of equality has a special place in sport, along with dignity, ethics and fair play.

Elegance at work: Commitment to the rapid growth to reach objectives

Education: Believing it has a positive effect in the long term

Introducing different athletes from all around the world, the Foundation presents 18 athletes among Olympic and Paralympic Games who have demonstrated exceptional performances. Zahra Nemati was selected as one of those 18 athletes.
