Javad Zarif will have a meeting with Bashar al-Assad Syrian president. Upon arrival, Zarif was welcomed in airport by Walid al-Muallem, Syrian prime minister.
Zarif will also visit Moscow after Damascus to meet with Putin, the president, and Lavrov, his Russian counterpart. Lebanon, Iraq, and Jordan were in Zarif’s list of visits in this tour.
