YASOOJ, Dec. 3 (MNA) – The CEO of Iran’s airports company has said Tehran-Washington flight line will be established in near future.

Mehr News reported that Mahmoud Rasoolinejad, who is in Yasooj for a visit to the city’s airport told reports on Tuesday that both Iran and the US had expressed willing to establish the flight line, and it was predicted that a line would be soon established.

“Some necessary preliminary actions should be made before the establishment of the flight,” he added.

Tehran-Manama flight line to be reopened

He also said that Tehran-Manama flight line would be reopened after long period of gap.  About Iranian airport requirements on modern facilities, Rasoolinejad told that the air convoy extremely needed revamping.

“After Genève nuclear deal and overture in Iranian foreign relations, some correspondence has been made with western countries,” he said.

“If these countries are willing to cooperate, we will manage to solve the current problems in internal airlines. All our airports had necessary standards, but attaining an ideal of flight security and service quality is an objective realized only through links to western countries,” he said.
