“What is the business of US troops in the Persian Gulf,” said the Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan on Thursday. “It is better they leave the region and not cause trouble for the countries of the region.”
The Iranian general made the remark in response to the claims made by the American military commanders. He described the American claims as tension-creator and full of lies.
“Is it logically acceptable to let mindless armed robbers enter your place and lay red carpet for them,” asked the Iranian general rhetorically. “It is one example of the modern negligence.”
